1. Who we are
DataAlgo Services ("DataAlgo", "we", "us") provides analytics implementation, reporting and business insight services. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and our services.
2. Data we collect
Information you submit through our forms (such as name, work email, phone number, company, website URL and project details); newsletter subscription details; and limited technical data such as a salted hash of your IP address used for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, send newsletters you have opted into, protect the website against abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
Consent (newsletter), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (enquiries and proposals), legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and legal obligation, in line with the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Sharing
We share data only with trusted processors that help us operate — such as our hosting, email and CRM providers — under written agreements that require them to protect it.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless we enter into a contract with you. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Security
We protect data with HTTPS encryption, strict security headers, access controls, CSRF protection, rate limiting and least-privilege storage outside the public web root.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing at any time by emailing hello@dataalgo.services. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
